Lt. Davis and Rated Men

Camp S-116, Clearfield, Pennsylvania

The man in the center in the Cavalry Breeches (called Bloomers by some CCC men) is 2nd Lt. Davis, Cavalry Reserve, US Army, the Commanding Officer of the Camp. The men around him are his Rated men, the CCC Enrollees who as Leaders and Assistant Leaders help him and the using service run the Camp and the Company.
