Lt. Davis, Mr. Hann, Lt. Prime, Lt. Curtis
Camp S-116, Clearfield, Pennsylvania
The man in the Cavalry Breeches (called Bloomers by some CCC men) is 2nd Lt. Davis, Cavalry Reserve, US Army, the Commanding Officer of the Camp. The men around him are his Camp and Company Staff. The man in the civilian clothes on the left is Mr. Hann, the Using Service Foreman. While Lt. Davis would run the Camp and be responsible for the care and discipline of the Enrollees, Mr. F. L. Hann C.E.A. would run the Work Projects and be in Charge of the men during the work day in the field. Lt. Prime and Lt. Curtis are the other two men, though I can not tell who is which (the back says Davis, Prime, Curtis, Mr. Hann). The man on the far right appears to have medical corps collar tabs. If so he is the Company Medical Officer and would care to the mens health with the aid of one or more Assistant Leader Enrollees. The other man, who has either Cavalry or Infantry Collar tabs would be the Executive Officer or second in charge under Lt. Davis.
