Colonel M. Parret

Commanding Officer of 646th Squadron, 410th Bomb Group, 9th Air Force

Before his plane, "Maxine" named for his wife.  Col. Parret was from San Antonio Texas, served at Randlph Field before coming to 410th. Colonel Parret was killed in action on Oct.28 1944. His plane was hit by flak. His crew got out, however his chute got caught on tail of ship.
