Biography of Wilbert Dauphin

My dad worked in the CCC camps sometime before WWII. All I know about his experience there, beyond the fact that he got there by "riding the rails," is that a truck door slammed on his hand, and he therefore had only partial use of that hand. His name was Wilbert Dauphin - no middle name. If you run across any records that refer to this name, I'd love to have copies or be pointed in the direction to get them myself. He was in the Northwest. It seems to me he may have been in Oregon.
