Biography of Ernest Richmond

My Uncle Ernest Richmond was in the CCCs. He was in Company 1547V, Camp SCS-6, Camp Jackson, Ripley, West Virgina. Camp Jackson was in Minnihaha springs Wva, I suppose that was close to Ripley but Im not sure. We have some photos of his camp. However he was born in 1910 which means he wasn't a WWI veteran, so it is not clear why he had photos of a Veteran Camp. Perhaps some of the men were younger CCC men, such as the staff assistants. He also has photos of Company 1580, Camp Minehaha and was there, and this was not a Veterans Camp. It is possible he was in 1580 and merely took a photo of 1580. Perhaps he visited there for a District School or other duty.
He was also in the navy during WWII.
