Biography of John Henry Hubert
CCCMan, Hobart, Oklahoma & Yukon, Oklahoma & Colorado
My grandfather name was John Henry Hubert. My grandfather was in the CCC camps in Hobart and Yukon Oklahoma and also one somewhere in Colorado. My mother was little when he was there she does remember some things about the camps but not much.
He planted tree wind breaks in western OK, and drove an ambulance in Colorado and Yukon, Ok. While at the Yukon camp she believes that he made a card table at one of the shops. She still has that card table it is beautiful.
