Biography of Howard L. Lange, M.D.
Camp Physician, Unknown CCC Camp in Ozakrs, Missouri
My grandfather, the late Howard L. Lange M.D. published a book in 1984 about his experience in the CCC. It is titled The CCC A Humanitarian Endeavor during the Great Depression. He was the camp doctor for in the Missouri Ozarks in 1933. This is a 170 page book published by Vantage Press Inc. 516 West 34th St, New York, NY 10001 ISBN: 533-05751-5 Library of Congress Catalog Card No 83-90243. It meant alot to my grandfather to get this history on paper!
