My Father Ewell Burl Pendergrass was in CCC Company 747. He was from Paris, Arkansas and I know that he worked on the construction of the old lodge on Mt. Magazine and helped with planting of Pine trees in the Mt. Magazine area..

He told me of stories of fighting forest fires..
