Biography of Stephen J. Wojciechowicz

My grandfather was in the CCC, But do not know exactly where. I think it was in the early 1930's. I think it was on the East Coast somewhere. His name is Stephen J. Wojciechowicz, though he may have been known by Stephenr Howicz.
