Biography of Austin Claude Zapp

CCC Coordinator, Wisconsin

My grandfather Austin Claude Zapp was a coordinator for the CCC a long time ago. His birthday was May 2, 1911. All I really know is that the camps he ran were in Wisconsin. His PhD was forestry. He was born in NJ, graduated from Syracuse University, and they harvested trees for mills to make lumber for housing.
