Biography of Ernest Carter

CCCman c.1940s, Unknown Camp and Company Possibly near Glasgow, Kentucky

         My grandfather, Ernest Carter, was a member of the ccc in the 1940's in kentucky, (Glasgow comes to mind, but am not positive). Do you know where I can find more info on the Kentucky branch?
