Biography of Harry Taylor

CCCman, Belzoni & Meridian, MI

         My Father, Harry Taylor, Sr. was a member of the CCCs at Belzoni, Mississippi in 1935. His camp was later moved to Meridian where he met my mother. His stories about the camp are of great interest to me. I would be interested in hearing anything that might be available on the CCC camps for African-Americans in the state of Mississippi.
