My father Clyde R Silvis who was stationed at Shiftham Air drome, England 1943 thru 1945 44th Heavy Bomb Group, 8th Air Force. Silvis was a sheet metal worker and repaired battle damage to B-24's. He is interested in information or contact regarding the 44th heavy bomb group in and around Norwich England.
