CCC Defined
Another meaning for the acronym CCC - Canvas Covered Convicts. This is ironic as the incidence of crime in the Three C's was minimal. And the incidence of crime once upon leaving the organization was nil. I believe this may new meaning may have originated from some local daddies who did not appreciate the attention the boys were giving their daughters.
