Leaders of Company 2325, Camp S-144-PA Emporium Pennsylvania, in 1936

These are probably the teachers of the camp or of some portion of the district.  The presence of the black gentlemen is somewhat confusing in as much as black and white CCC companies were segregated.  The man with the moustache third from right front row seems to be Michael A. Perry the District Education Officer (The District is all or perhaps western PA).  His bio says he had been a camp educator until September of 1935.  This photo might have been from that period and he is just the Camp Educational Advisor of this camp.  However the black gentlemen make me feel that this may be the local teachers from the Emporium area perhaps being visited by Perry (there is a black CCC camp in Emporium area too).

If You would like a closer look I can email you a better DPI scan and if you can indentify one as a person of interest I can scan his face at high DPI to email to you.  Let me know.
