Special Camp Report Letter

My father told of a food riot at this camp due to the food being so bad.  He heard that the Company Commander was later found to have been buying substandard food cheaply and pocketing the difference between that price and what he was alotted. This doesn't prove that hearsay, but it would explain the "dishonest transaction".
