Biography of French R. Craig

My great-grandfather was in WW2. I don't know much about what he did there. I do know he recieved a few medals of honor an done or two purple hearts. He never really talked about what is was like but when he did he just said what the sounds were like, what the weather was like, small stuff like that. My great-grandma doesn't know much about it either and when my great-grandpa died, nobody talks about it anymore. I am so curious about what he went through. He was a quiet and stern man but he loved his family very much. I don't know what division he was in or anything but if anyone who reads this remembers anything about WW2 or French R. Craig from Cincinnati, Ohio, I would really like to know more information.
