Biography of William Henry Brumble
CCC Man, Unknown Company, Monmouth, Oregon
My father, William Henry Brumble, was with the CCC until 1937 when he joined the Army. He was in the Monmouth, Oregon area. The small picture below is at the Horse Lake ranger station.
I would be interested in any information, his camp name, names of the men in the picture with him, his responsibilities, the camp song. He had a wonderful singing voice and played the harmonica.
My father passed away November 25, 1994.

Curator's Note, the bike appears to be a Harley Davidson Knucklehead, possibly a 1937 model

Curator's Note, this would appear to be a rare example of a racially integrated CCC Company
