Biography of Francis Eakin

CCC Man, Unknown Company, Polk, Pa.

Francis Eakin was in the CCCs, telling his family later that he worked on roads near Polk, PA. He remembered too seeing lots of patients at Poke State Hospital being chained up on the front lawn. His brother, Ralph Eakin, was also in the CCC.
