Biography of Wesley Knipe
CCCMan, Company 1147, Warner, New Hampshire
I was assigned to the 1147th Co. in Warner NH.
NH has a CCC museum at Bear Brook State Park, Suncook NH. On Sept 29th a CCC Statue was dedicated by members of the Maine/ NH CCC Alumnae. The site at Bear Brook is supposed to have the most original building left in the Country. It ended up as a Veterans CCC Camp. I was assigned to the 1147th Co. in Warner NH.
