Biography of Otto Hall
CCCMan, MI
My Grandfather Otto Hall who was involved in the CCC here in MI. back in the 1940s. I know he was recruited and took a job in Colorado in the highway dept. I have an ax with the CCC engraved in the handle. I understand he was a well respected man.
